Mr SL Tan in Development Projects specializing in Costing & Contract Administration, having more than 20 years of project management exposure.

Graduated from Tunku Adbul Rahman College with Diploma in Building Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Institue of Building, UK.

Ms Lilian Ng has real estate exposure overseas and has serviced expatriate coming to Malaysia over the last 11 years.

Graduated in Real Estate, Part I & II from Institute of Florida Real Estate and completed her Diploma in Business Administration, UK in 1987.
