BA (Hons) in International Business Administration, UK and is a registered real estate agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia from year 2004. More than 10 years of experience in the field of real estate and set up Himland Estate Agency in 2004.

Mr SL Tan in Development Projects specializing in Costing & Contract Administration, having more than 20 years of project management exposure.

Graduated from Tunku Adbul Rahman College with Diploma in Building Technology and is a Chartered Member of the Institue of Building, UK.

Ms Janice Seow has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Project and Construction Management. Some of the projects that Ms.Janice has to coordinate the supply and purchasing  of building materials are Emville Golf Resort Club House, Industrial Park and Apartment Project.

From 2004 till now , Ms.Janice have been handling residential, commercial and industry sectors, covering areas within Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya and Seri Kembangan.
